Fulcra hosts Amcham committee meetings

Fulcra has been pleased to host the monthly meetings of the Human Resources Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in its convenient office location near Montgomery.

Senior Adviser Peter Randall has been a member of the Committee for the last six years and during that time the Committee has been working hard to influence Belgian employment law to promote best practice and to encourage investment in business here. Some of the major issues addressed have included simplifying the LIMOSA work permit legislation, improving Belgian legislation relating to Pan-European pensions, reducing labour costs and improving labour flexibility.

In 2010 the Committee’s efforts have been concentrated on a selection of key issues as input to the Chamber’s potentially very influential forthcoming publication "Priorities for a Prosperous Belgium"
