Founded in 1996 Fulcra International Financial Planning provides tailor-made financial and retirement planning solutions, which include investment and tax related issues. Fulcra has offices in Belgium (Brussels) and has clients throughout the European Union (and beyond) to whom we offer fully integrated financial planning advice. Fulcra is a patron member of the British Chamber of Commerce in Belgium, a corporate member of the American Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Brussels British Community Association.The Fulcra Strategy

Passporting to conduct business in other EU countries
Further to the introduction of EU cross border legislation relating to financial services. Fulcra has successfully applied to the CBFA using the new passporting arrangements to conduct business on a Pan European basis, particularly but not exclusively in the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain, France and Finland.
Of the countries approached not all have yet implemented either the Insurance Mediation Directive or the Investment and Savings Directive so they are unable to confirm receipt of the passporting application. This does not preclude Fulcra from conducting business in these countries.
The FSA has already added Fulcra to its website and allocated an EEA number.
